摘要：海上风电作为一种清洁可再生能源，具有发电利用效率高、不占用土地资源、适宜大规模开发等优势。大力推动海上风电开发建设，对保障能源安全、推进绿色低碳发展、实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。首先，介绍全球海上风电产业发展现状及技术趋势；然后，对广东省发展海上风电的利弊条件进行分析；最后，给出推进广东省海上风电产业加快发展的5点建议。

Development Status and Countermeasures of Offshore Wind Power
Industry in Guangdong Province

Abstract: As a kind of clean and renewable energy source, offshore wind power has the advantages of high power generation utilization efficiency, no occupation of land resources, suitable for large-scale development and so on. Vigorously promoting the development and construction of offshore wind power is of great significance to ensuring energy security, promoting green and low-carbon development , and achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Firstly, introduce the current development status and technological trends of the global offshore wind power industry; Then, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of developing offshore wind power in Guangdong Province; Finally, five suggestions are proposed to accelerate the development of offshore wind power industry in Guangdong Province.
